Salop Music Centre is part of the SMC Music and Audio Group which includes SMC Sound and Vision.

Established in 1975 by Andy Rowley and Bernie Littler 'Salop Music Centre Shrewsbury' now occupies a 9000 square foot store which encompasses all aspects of the music and audio business.

The store is ideally situated at St Michael’s Street in Shrewsbury and has the added advantage of a large car park for customers’ convenience.

In 1999 Salop Music Centre opened a further music store in Wellington Telford, using the premises previously occupied by Telford Musical Instruments.
