 | Prodipe Ludovic Lanen TT1
The ProdipeTT1 is a dynamic mic that has been developed in conjunction with the recording engineer Ludovic Lanen, and with similarity to other models, it bears his signature. French manufacturer Prodipe claim that the TT1 offers a high-quality, live-performance, cardioid-patterned dynamic microphone at an affordable price, and during the design stages considered over 100 Chinese-built capsules until they found one that met their demands. Prodipe were so pleased with the end results that they claim that the TT1 mic is also up to serious studio use, despite its modest price tag, they also say that the mic compares favourably with industry standards, as it boasts a high output level. Cosmetically the TT1 feels sturdy enough for regular use and is nicely finished, with a black, rubber-style coating on the body and a foam-lined black basket that unscrews for easy cleaning.
