Terms and Conditions
Payment
Payment must be made and received in full before any goods can be dispatched.
This does not not effect your statutory rights.
Delivery
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them.
We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit or debit card used to pay for the goods is registered, except in cases where payment has been made by cheque, postal order or Paypal and the funds have cleared fully against our account. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made by our courier service, with in normal business hours. A signature will be required on delivery. Please note it is the purchaser's responsibility to check the condition of the goods prior to accepting delivery. You have the right to request the courier to wait while this inspection takes place.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. The delivery charge shown is a standard charge that does not constitute a guarantee of delivery date from the time you placed the order.
All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability and backlogue. We therefore, cannot compensate for delayed orders under any circumstances.
Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less the carriage costs. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item you can either return it yourself , or contact us and we will arrange a collection. The average cost of a collection is £15 however, the cost of collection will depended on weight and size of the item being returned.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/Debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer's account.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect with the product was brought to the customer's attention at the point of sale
Faulty Goods: Within 28 days of the date delivered, We will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside of the 28 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange for the return of the faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair, under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
Orders for software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, can not be refunded once the software has been opened. Video/Audio content in the from of CD's or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
