Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All our prices include delivery*
* Prices marked with FREE DELIVERY next to the price include delivery. The products with specific charges marked next to them will be charged after the checkout process has been completed. Due to the default setting of the e-commerce software. If paying by paypal please add on the specific charge during the paypal process, this will not be done automatically. We offer fast delivery (normally next working day) to the mainland UK Monday - Friday, we use a combination of couriers depending on your location.
We offer a Saturday delivery service for an additional £20
Deliveries to the Highlands and other remote parts of Scotland and the UK may take 2 -3 working days and may cost slightly more for carriage.
Larger items such as Keyboards and Pianos may cost more to deliver .Please contact us for price on 01743 364111.
Deliveries to N.Ireland are not next day and we will use a courier or Royal Mail Signed for service for these deliveries. This however is a limited service and N.Ireland customer should contact Salop Music on 01743 364111 or email: sales@salopmusic.co.uk before purchasing.
We can deliver to Rep. of Ireland and Europe but customers should contact us on 01743 364111 or email: sales@salopmusic.co.uk before purchasing.
If goods are not in stock but are pending we will automatically dispatch them when they arrive into stock. (Pending refers to a time scale of 7 days) |
Delivery Schedule We try to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you next day . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
We use a third party carrier so can not stipulate a time but, its Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
If a delivery is returned to Salop Music due to the courier not being able to deliver the goods at the customers address, the customer will be charged for the re-delivery. If goods have been returned to Salop Music due to failed delivery, and the customer then expresses the desire at this piont to cancel the order any delivery costs incurred will be deducted from any refund. We recommend contacting Salop Music if you foresee any problems with signing or recieving goods. If the time scale is above the pending period we will contact you and give you a estimated time of delivery. Customers can then have the choice to leave purchases on back order or cancel them.

| Returns Policy Within the first month of purchase we will arrange pick-up of the goods and will return to you once repaired. Should a problem with any goods picked up by Salop Music be as a result of misuse we will charge for the carriage costs before returning the goods to you. No manufacturers warranty covers misuse or excessive wear and tear within any period of their warranty.
